 Return Policy

       We offer a thirty-day money back guarantee on all juicers. The following conditions must apply.

  1. The product has not been damaged by the customer.
  2. The customer must pay the shipping charges.
  3. The product must be returned in the original packaging.
  4. When being shipped, the customer must cover the product with the appropriate insurance offered by the shipping company.
      The cost of the original shipping charges will be deducted from all returns. In addition, EZ Juicers charges a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee on any items returned for a refund.

      Items purchased from EZ Juicers and returned within 30 days at the expense of the customer will be accepted for refund or exchange, providing the product has not been tampered with or damaged by said customer. If the product has been tampered with or damaged by the customer, the product will become property of said customer.

      Any damage or defective products should be reported by the customer within 48 hours of receipt of the product. If a damaged product is received by the customer or determined to be defective, the customer should call EZ Juicers immediately at 1-800-728-1238 or 203-748-9933.

      There are no returns or exchanges on juicer parts, accessories and nutritional supplements. All sales are final on these items.

      All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please contact us to obtain your RAN.

      All refunds will be processed by EZ Juicers within 30 days after receipt of returned product.
